Lets do this thing....

Ok, so here I am after many people have told me to start a blog about all things that Vallee does, I am going to try and see if anyone cares lol. So, let's start off by saying I have a full plate, but I create my full plate and I am truly not sure what I would do if it wasn't full. As I like to say, this is how I roll! I have 4 kids who keep me very busy with orchestra, baseball, gymnastics, school clubs, etc. I am gonna be honest, I am really counting on these kids being amazing and earning their way through college. Ha. Because man, we are spending some money! LOL! A-A-Ron (my hubby) always says we are on the "work til we die" plan so as long as everyone is happy, then we are all good!

I am sure we are not alone, but gosh we love these turds more then life itself so here we are, hopefully, making their dreams come true while also raising respectful independent kiddos.

As I sit here at 10pm on a Tuesday evening, in a very quiet house, I think about all of my to-do list that I didn't touch because, well I am gonna be honest, Netflix sucked me in and it felt so good to relax. I think to myself "Nicole, what in the world do you think people want to hear about?" So I am going to treat this blog as almost a diary. I have a lot that goes into my day and how I run a busy life, so if you are at all interested please follow me. I am essentially an open book (that is appropriate of course LOL) please ask about or share my stories. If they help you in anyway, then I am doing what I am here to do!

So for tonight, I am going to share that in the Vallee household we are preparing for Summer School tomorrow (we have just 2 days left), hence my to do list that needs to get done in my classroom. It was a calm afternoon, as we were able to come straight home (not common for us), however I seem to be even less productive when that happens...why is that?? Well, I was a little productive, as I watched a webinar on literacy stations and guided reading (yes, I am a giant dork, but I love hearing from other teachers!) and I am writing my first blog post! However neither of those things were on the original to do list lol. With that being said I am going to wrap this up with saying this blog is attached to my website that will allow you to see inside my world a bit. I will add pictures and stories to pages as I get them done and I really hope you find it all helpful! With that I close....
